Tango Key Programmer with Basic Software

Attention:

After generating a new transponder with TANGO Programmer, you will not need any additional diagnostic equipment to program the generated transponder to the car! It will start the car directly, even on new FIAT CODE 2 system, also used in PSA Group vehicles! Only you have to write the new file back into the immobilizer system!

The product is in working out stages, therefore the list of the supported transponders will be developed later.

Key maker usage:

Key maker usage consists of a four steps. The 4-th step is additional and depends on a vehicle model.
1. Open an immobilizer dump file.
2. Choose number of the key you want create.
3. Place a transponder into the coil and click the WRITE button.
4. In some cases the program asks you to save a modified immobilizer dump. This dump must to be written into the immobilizer.



First of all, take a look at this picture.  The "Loaded File" window displays the immobilizer file name. Ensure that a valid dump is stored. The "Maker" window displays selected maker name. Ensure the right key maker selected.
The "info" windows display an important information:
1. Original transponder---Informs you about type of the original transponder
2. Allowed transponder---Informs you what type of transponders is suitable for the key maker
3. Data location---The immobilizer memory may be stored in various chips, the description informs you about from where you have to read a dump. Some immobilizers can have various chipsets. In this case the field displays several possible chips. Find one of them inside of the immobilizer and read it.
4. Data size---Each chip has certain memory size, the key maker accepts files with the described size.
5. Data format---This field appears in case of 93CXX eeprom seria.
There are two standards of data layout:
Intel format and Motorola format or Little Endian and Big Endian respectively.
The data layout depends on a chip-programmer that is used for eeprom reading.This field informs you what kind of format is suitable for the key maker.Usually you can see that both formats are suitable. It means that the program can understand any data layout.

Create a key step by step:

Firstly, run the key maker interface according to the vehicle and read information in the "Info" window. Watch theData location field describes the memory chip. Find out the chip inside of the immobilizer and read it. Save the read data (dump).
Click the "OPEN IMMOBILIZER FILE" button and load the saved dump.
The program will analyse the dump.
If the dump is correct the "WRITE" button will become active and the "Keys" window will display the range of key numbers that can be created.
Take a look at the "Info" window, the Allowed transponder field.
Ensure you use a transponder exactly the indicated type.
Place the transponder into the coil.
Choose the key position you want create in the "Keys" window.
Click the "WRITE" button.
This starts the writing process and transponder will be stored with the appropriate data.
At this point you may be asked to save a new immobilizer dump.
The program displays a standard File Save dialog where you have to save the data.
After this you will be informed about the new data saved and must be written into the immobiliser.



Write the new dump into the immobilizer. Now it is ready to operate with the created transponder.
If you are not asked to save a new file, it means that immobilizer is ready to operate with the created transponder without file replacing.

AD900 key programmer version 2.21 Functions and FAQ

AD900 key programmer version 2.21 new function added: 8C and 8E chip  It can recongnize 8C and 8E chip and read information from it.

Function:

(1) AD900 can read out and has detail explanation for such transponders as: 11, 12, 13, T5, 33, 40, 41, 42, 44, 45, 46, 48, 4C, 4D (60-68).

(2) Support on copying these transponder: 13, 33, T5, 40, 41, 42, 44, 45 and 4C.

(3) Can write and unlock for the special transponders:
1. Change the pin code for Kia and Hyundai.
2. Unlock ID 48 Transponder, ID 33 for Renault, ID 46 for Renault, ID 41 for Nissan and ID 42 for VW.

(4) Program the EEPROM on the ECU. Get rid of removing the procedure for reading pin code and reset the ECU. With ECU picture and EEPROM code explanation.

(5) AD900 come with the Hitag 2 function.

POWERGATE PWG PROG OBD Programmer

Powergate is a programmer via OBD2 diagnostic plug. It has the latest protocols of communication (K-LINE, CAN and J1850), Powergate can read and write the Electronic Control Unit of many vehicles on the market. It also can read and erase DTC Errors.

TMS374 ECU Decoder can works without a PC as a MCU version of the software TMS-374 Decoder ECU

A small tiny2313 MCU is used to generate the pulses instead of the PC RS232 Tx line. The TMS 374 software is in fact a simple frequency sweeper with an effective range from about 2000Hz to about 100Hz. The Tiny sweeper does exactly the same but much more better (bigger range).

After powering the device on - the LED should blink twice. Pressing the button will start the sweep procedure. LED ON - means there are pulses on the output. After reaching the lowest frequency the LED goes off and the mcu stops the generation.

Power the sweeper and ECU
Connect the GND line to any suitable GND on the ECU
Connect the Data line to the Reset pin on the 27C512 or 28F512

This CMD CAN Flasher V1251 read and write flash memory via the diagnostic connector on the CAN line of computers with motor MED9.1, MED9.5, EDC16U3x/CP, EDC16CP31, EDC16CP36, EDC16C3 and EDC16C9 fuel injection. Working through CAN and not working for K line.

Installation:

1.install the software
2.copy the MpcProg_CAN_1251protected in the installation folder of EDC16_BDM_v1251_setup
3.Run the EDC16 BDM flasher. You should see a screen saying: Your machine ID is: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx
4.Send the above ID to me
5.I will make license and send it to you.
6.Unzip rar file, you will get 4 files.
7. Copy the 4 files to the installation folder of the software
8.Run the license.exe and confirms
9.Run MpcProg_CAN_1251protected. Send it to your desk top for quick start.

BMW Carsoft 6.5 allows also creating perfect copies of the whole software of an ECU

MCU controlled Interface for Carsoft 6.5 which is compatible with the original interface, fully digital line switchings and MCU controlled service reset timing.Special functions for some models: Including service interval reset, component activation, live data, LCM reading, sync.

BDM100 is a universal reader/programmer (it does not require our RACE software necessarily) that allows the user to read and program files in the ECU supplied with MOTOROLA MPC5xx processor (essential).

BDM 100 requires the ECU to be open, "on the bench", as the reading/programming operations are realized by linking a flat cable to specific area the ECU (the tool, on the other side, is linked to the USB port of a computer).

BDM 100 allows also creating perfect copies of the whole software of an ECU (after having read the original ECU software).

The software allows reading and programming the WHOLE ECU content of:

(1)MOTOROLA MPC5xx Processor file;
(2)Serial Eprom content;
(3)29BL802 SSOP eprom file (or ROM memory with maps if eprom physically not present).

Please note that even in the case of the ECU blocking, due to the wrong checksum recalculation, the ECU can always be reprogrammed and then retrieved (if the original software has been previously stored).

CAT Caterpillar Communication Adapter 3 317-7485 Diagnostic Interface is the latest generation of the CAT Communication Adapter group, it replaces the CAT Communication Adapter II. This is the only recommended communication device for CAT, and the only DataLink device that will allow you to properly communicate with a CAT engine on dual DataLinks. This function is needed for some CAT ET (Electronic Technician) functions. ET VERSION: 2011A

The PC-based service tools from Caterpillar provide the capability to access Electronic Control Modules (ECMs) from a personal computer. Many job-critical tasks can be performed with an electronic service tool. The user can display the status of a group of parameters (temperatures, pressures, etc.) simultaneously, view active and clear logged diagnostics, display the current configuration of an ECM and much more. The service tool works with a communication adapter to allow connection to an ECM. A graphical interface makes this software quick to learn and easy to use. A separate pull-down menu for each function enhances the “ease of use.” The version and identification of the ECM is automatically retrieved and is displayed on a summary screen when the program is started. Diagnostic tests and calibrations can also be performed.

CAT ET Adapter function:

Functionalities Shows all operating conditions that cause high repair costs such as:
Over speeds, high temperatures, fuel consumption, transmission shift counts. This can provide awareness to change operator

Cat "ET Trainer" is now included in ET Program. It allows Users to train and practice using Cat ET without a Communications adapter or Electronic Control Module (ECM).This is a free feature of Cat ET.
